Paul and Suzanne Lambert, co-founders of Property Resources, LLC have more than 30 years of experience in their respective fields. Paul is a licensed civil engineer (P.E.) who has worked in the public engineering industry and now concentrates on the private sector. He provides his expertise to Property Resources, LLCand also accepts projects under Lambert Engineering.

Suzanne is a licensed Real Estate Broker who has worked for large real estate firms and now devotes her time and energy on her own company, Property Resources, LLC. Her wealth of knowledge of the Connecticut east shore is a great benefit to buyers and sellers. For the past 20 years, Paul and Susanne have also worked as a team to specialize in land and lot sales. Their real estate and engineering expertise provides them with a unique niche in the marketplace.

Their daughter, Leslie McCloskey, has now joined the company full-time and adds a strong financial background, as well as appraising knowledge which allows Property Resources, LLCto add yet another dimension to their available resources.
